As Chair of the Society may I take this opportunity to welcome you to our website and provide you with some details about our Society.

The society is made up of serving police employees, retired police employees and non-police members.  Indeed I believe the broad cross-section of members, both in age, social background and, more importantly, military knowledge, makes our society very special.  Our society is extremely privileged to have Dr John Bourne, Hon. Professor of First World War Studies, University of Wolverhampton as our Patron.

When members come together each month to experience a night away from the television in a pleasant and safe environment and in the company of like-minded people, it is a truly wonderful night, concluding in the bar, debriefing the night's presentation...

New members always warmly welcomed, simply turn up to our next meeting, the subject of the next talk is shown above.  For directions and contact details click on the link on the left.
